Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 2, 2026

1. Overview

Clickflow ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, company name, website URL, and advertising account details shared during onboarding. We also collect performance data from connected advertising platforms (Meta, Google, Klaviyo) solely for the purpose of managing and optimizing your campaigns.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to deliver our advertising management services, generate performance reports, conduct competitor research, produce creative assets, and communicate with you about your campaigns. We may also use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our AI systems and service quality.

4. Audience Collaboration Data

If you opt into our audience collaboration network, anonymized audience insights may be shared with complementary, non-competing brands within our network. No personally identifiable customer data is ever shared. You retain full ownership of your data and can opt out of audience collaboration at any time by contacting us.

5. Third-Party Services

We integrate with third-party advertising platforms including Meta, Google, and Klaviyo to deliver our services. These platforms have their own privacy policies governing the data they collect. We also use AI tools for creative production, research, and reporting. No client data is used to train third-party AI models.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, including encrypted communications, secure account access protocols, and limited internal access on a need-to-know basis. While no system is perfectly secure, we take the protection of your data seriously.

7. Data Retention

We retain client data for the duration of our engagement and for 90 days following termination to facilitate transition. After this period, we delete all client-specific data from our systems upon request. Aggregated, anonymized data may be retained indefinitely.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data (subject to our retention policy), opt out of audience collaboration at any time, and withdraw consent for any optional data processing.

9. Cookies and Website Analytics

Our website may use basic analytics to understand traffic patterns. We do not use advertising cookies or retargeting pixels on our own website. If we implement any tracking in the future, we will update this policy and provide appropriate notice.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are designed for businesses and are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Active clients will be notified of material changes via email. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
